Our pricing is a la carté so you’ll only pay for the services you receive. Additionally, all of our services are guaranteed for 7 days. Your provider will happily correct any color or cut that you are not 100% happy with.

Company Owner & Founder
The state of Blu today is a testament to the work ethic, dedication, and character of one very driven individual. Michelle Cobb, while most people her age were wondering what bar to go to and what band to see, was jumping head first into the world of an entrepreneur.
It started with 350 square feet, a dream of independence, and a 5’3” stack of perseverance in June of 2004. Low rent and big dreams were coupled with days that ran long past sunset and just a year later Michelle moved Blu to an 1,100 square facility a town over. Her energy, thirst for knowledge, and light began to draw in incredible talent from others in the field. The success of Blu began to grow at an exponential rate.
November of 2007 brought on Michelle’s first true partner in life and business. The birth of her daughter, Mellania, also known as the Vice President of Operations at Blu, only increased Michelle’s commitment to continued growth and success. She wanted to be an example for not only her team, but for her daughter, of what it means to be strong, intelligent, and independent.
It was in 2009 when Blu became Blu Salon & Spa and found itself in a massive Victorian building in the heart of historic Penns Grove. Michelle’s initial endeavor now had her at the helm of a much larger team offering more services than ever before. She successfully grew the salon with the drive of a business professional with vastly more experience than her young age should have been able to amass while maintaining the heart and core values of family.
Thanks to Michelle’s extraordinary ability to draw likeminded and forward looking talent, Blu now has the support of some of the biggest names in the industry. All of that considered, you’ll still find Michelle putting in more time than she expects from any individual on her team. As she says, “I believe in leading by example, that no job is too small, and we can all learn every day from anyone.”
